The Carriage House Campus is a community devoted to Senior Living, encompassing Independent and Assisted living, Short-term rehabilitation and Long-term care. The Carriage House is a 165-bed Medicare/Medicaid-certified health and rehabilitation center.

We provide supervision or assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitoring of resident activities to help to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.


The Carriage House's Rehabilitation Program is involved in the treatment of disorders of the musculoskeletal system and it’s interaction with physical movement. 


The Carriage House also provides complete skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to meet the post-hospital needs and long-term care needs of our patients and residents.

Edith Provoast

Edith was born in Reno Township near Whittemore to Henry and Augusta Seafert on February 11, 1912. She was the youngest of sixteen.


At a very young age she became her dad’s right hand woman. Living on a farm she learned how to milk cows which helped her dad out tremendously since her older brothers were already with jobs of their own.

Bake Sale

The annual Bazaar, Luncheon and Bake Sale will be held Saturday, November 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Electricity is available but limited. Set up will start at 8 a.m. with coffee and donuts provided until 9 a.m.
